Age Limit and Eligibility
Age Requirement
To use any service on 7c99, users must be 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Providing false information about your age will result in permanent account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
Geographic Restrictions

Financial Transactions

Withdrawals

General Transaction Rules

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning you must wager 25 times the total of the deposit and bonus amount before withdrawing.
VIP Cashback Program
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.
You can advance to higher VIP tiers by remaining regularly active and based on your contribution to the platform.
General Bonus Rules
- Separate terms and conditions may apply to each bonus.
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
- Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they can only be used for placing bets.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.
- 7c99 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
Gaming Rules

Technical Issues

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with false or incorrect information.
- Using strategic methods with the intent to abuse bonuses.
- Playing using automated bots, software, or artificial intelligence.
- Conducting transactions using a third-party account.
- Participating in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.
- Attempting to harass, harm, or defraud other members.
Account Suspension and Closure
Account Suspension
An account may be temporarily suspended for the following reasons:

- During investigation of unusual or suspicious transactions.

Permanent Account Closure
An account may be permanently closed for the following reasons:

Voluntary Account Closure
